Line-up

The band's third album, Turn Back, marked the return to the traditional sextet arrangement of previous albums and was a more ferocious, consistent effort that had an edge that was more pronounced than Hydra. The more edgy sound of the album was indicative of the maturation of group and included drummer Bobby Kimball's improved proficiency on the drums, as well as an improved, mature vocal delivery by singer Joseph Williams.
