When looking for a lightweight double-stroller that folds, the dimensions and weight are key factors to consider. When you are not using it, select an infant stroller that is easy to handle and compact. This will allow it to put it in your car trunk and navigate through airport gates and international roads.
The most lightweight strollers have a light, intuitive fold and self-standing mechanism to reduce stress on parent bodies. Many strollers come with multiple seating configurations, and some can accommodate car seats for infants.
Kolcraft Cloud Plus
The design is geared towards families on the move. Lightweight, with a simple one-hand compact fold. All-terrain wheels and front suspension as well as a multi-position reclining seats can accommodate children up to 50 lbs. Trays for both children and parents along with a large storage bin and 3-tier canopy that has a windows that peek out to maximize sun protection.
The Cloud was awarded one of the lowest scores in our quality tests because it has a flimsy, hard plastic seat and a design that appears outdated. It's also expensive compared to other lightweight strollers, so it's not the best option in the event you're looking for a budget option.
Although it's not the tiniest double stroller, it has enough features worth a look. The swiveling front wheels make it easy to navigate on flat surfaces and it can jump curbs with minimal effort unlike many other light strollers that diverge when trying to do the similar thing. The Cloud's low, almost knee-high handle has a disadvantage. It's not adjustable and it's not adjustable. It's not comfortable to push your legs suspended in the air, and it doesn't help that it lacks padding.
During testing, we found that the Cloud was simple to set up and opened. To close it, it's a bit more difficult. You must slide the slider, and then press the large white button. This can be frustrating if you are juggling children while you do it.
The Cloud comes with a tiny but deep storage basket. It's large enough to accommodate the size of a large diaper bag. It's a little narrow, though, and you'll likely have to put something in it to reach the back to take it out. The Cloud includes two tray for parents and a child tray each with two cup holders. However, both are too small for larger cups or bottles.

Joovy X2 Kooper
The Kooper X2 is an excellent choice for parents who want a lightweight double stroller that can carry two children. The sling-style seats are comfortable, and they provide the same amount of headroom as other double strollers. This allows kids to sit together. In contrast to other strollers that are side-by-side this one Kooper X2 offers a fully reclined seat that's ideal for napping. Its recline mechanism is simple to operate but it isn't genuinely flat; taller kids may notice an unbalanced leg when they sit in a reclined position. It also has a huge canopy that we found to be more effective in blocking out sun than other options in our review of the top double strollers.
The stroller is lightweight enough to to move through door frames. This was a major issue with other models we tried. It is easy to fold and the handlebars are close to the ground. Its only flaw is its small storage space, which feels uncomfortable when filled with kid stuff.
